Anyone know what this base figure is?

The head is probably an original sculpt over a pre existing head. There are too many unique details and the head would be way too big to have belonged to a lizard figure.

It looks to be Green hulk body , the one from Disney store same body type as the red BAF (you can see the green on the left ankle joint, head could be sculpted or a dragon man cast with some work done , lower legs and tail? I have no idea .

The main body is from the Red Hulk BAF, they also released a whole green version though. You can get them for like 20 bucks from China, thats what that guy who submits all the monster customs does.

I want to say the feet are sculpted because it looks like theres metal wire coming out the broken tip of a claw

I'm just going to guess not entirely sure. Its probably a lizard based off of the tail, head and feet sculpts. It could also be a venom or Spider-Man's villain called scorpion. Most likely a lizard of some sorts.

I'm having no luck at all. I've googled and ebayed lizard, reptile, monster, killer croc and found nothing.
