Hi everyone! subtlethinker- eBay toy seller since 2003, and I have been utilizing this website for well over a decade now. I don't know why I didn't establish account here sooner? My specialty toy is vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures, but I sell pretty much anything toy related. I also collect vintage TMNT but have slowly parted my collection out here and there. First toy I collected was Star Wars vintage. I see so many anymore complaining about the accuracy of lots of different figures. Especially my area Marvel legends and Marvel Diamond Select. Oh they missed a curve here or a dip shouldn't be there. Or the shade of this color is off by a billionth..If it's that bad then don't buy them. When you mold and mess with them, then I believe that is disgraceful to the Figure and its Comic it originated from. No they aren't exact as the co ic. But with today it won't always be. Now you got MCU and Dcu plus the Comic versions to make for people.Try to make every figure each person clamors for and you'd really have some crappy figures.So just be glad we got them to enjoy...!!!...[See More]

I'm new to this site looking for people collecting star wars hot wheels starships. As of recently I learned that the new star wars hot wheels starships are scaled up bigger size, no more will be released in the smaller scale. I've been building a collection for only Grandchild and ebay is very helpful. Looking to work on the older collection of the smaller scaled ships from 2015 to 2021. I am relatively new to Figure Realm and just wanted to introduce myself to the community.

Right now I am mostly focusing on collecting ARAH, Playmates Star Trek, and Star Wars/Star Trek Micro Machines.

I have noticed that the Micro Machines Checklists are missing many sets that I have in my collection. Once I get everything dusted off and pictures taken I will be working on updates for those checklists. This website is a great place, and I hope to help make it better.

I also collect any action figure that strikes my fancy, mostly toy lines I enjoyed as a child, but also some new lines.

I kept all my childhood toys, but lost them in a fire back in '12 so I am also keeping an eye out to replace the specific figures I had.

So I walked into my local Hobby Lobby looking to restock my paints when, much to my chagrin, I discovered that Testors has discontinued their Model Master acrylic paints. OH NOSE !!!!
Any suggestions from my fellow Realmers on what brands I should replace them with. I really like the Citadell paints (they do tend to dry up really fast inside the pots though),and I have used Tamiya and Vallejo paints as well on occasion. Curious to know what you guys and gals in the community will be using going forward if you like me mainly utilized the Testors products....[See More]
