Black Panther Help

Hi there , I bought 2 civil war black panthers for the BAF part ( not a fan of the figure )
when it comes to poising him , his neck joint seems stuck , I have tried the heat and pop to loosen the joint but with no joy , has anyone else had this problem ? also it seems my Bucky has his left ankle joint in the wrong place .
