Yellow Monsterman and Henchman - What figures are these guys?

Hi - Looking through my collection I see these guys, I remember getting them back in the 80s sometime, never seen figures like them again. The big yellow guy can light up his chest medallion with a lighter flint mechanic. He came with a blue goblin sidekick. Here is a photo:
