How/Where to submit a tutorial?

Wanted to submit a tutorial on joint repair for 6" Marvel Legends with the spring joint at waist using those soft washers i.e. how to fix using a screws and spare parts. Thanks!

You guys and gals are more than welcome! I wouldn't have a clue how to do any of this (customize my sons figures and make him new ones) without your site and the tutorials up currently so to every single one of you who run the site and also put up tutorials - A Very Sincere Thanks!
