Well I wasn't too far off with the first one...I was pretty way off base with the second though

The 1st Is oddvar the wizard from troll warriors.
The 2nd one is jaws from "James Bond Jr."

No just checked those and its not one of the Stone Protectors. Those were made by the Ace Novelty Toy Company and not Tyco. But thanks for your help.

The first was from a line called Stone Protectors, loosely based off of the Treasure Troll trend but geared more towards boys...the second one looks to be a villain for COPS.
