Mcfarlane Spider-man vs Hasbro Mcfarlane Reboot

Im curious to know if there is any significant difference between the two figurines. the mcfarlane spider-man released in 2004 and also 2005 was toy biz made in the classic satin red and blue finish. while the hasbro mcfarlane reboot was recasted and released four years later in 2008 but sporting a lower quality gloss red and black finish. personally I'm a fan of either color scheme on the mcfarlane/campbell figure. I've searched and really haven't found out too much information that separates the two besides the fact that toy biz was the original cast while hasbro was the recasted version, and the differences in color. but is there really a difference that sets them apart from each other? is the recast a spitting image of the original? is there a difference in build/material quality excluding paint and finish? is the articulation the same? Im sure this has been a overly discussed and brought up topic. and I apologize in advance if it is since I wasn't able to dig anything up.
