Help ID these figures

Bought these as part of a job lot and have no use for them so want to sell them on ebay but for that it helps of course if you know what they are. I remember the Werewolf figure when it was previewed years ago in Toyfare. Think it might be from a computer game and the series also included a Dracula and Frankenstein figures. Thought the other figure might be a TMNT but have searched that series online and not found him.

Whadya mean?! Those guys were awsome! I pick them up when I sea them. There all disgusting or creepy but I love em lol.
