I want to make the Batman Werebat

Hi! After getting the World's Finest Superman with the lion head, I'm wanting to put together a troupe of transformed heroes. I'd really like the Were-Bat from World's Finest #258, but they never released a figure.
I know I could get ManBat and go from there, but that would involve creating the whole Bat suit over him. What I'm planning is to get the Vampire Batman and sculpt big bat ears and some fur. What I'd like to know is, has anybody done this, or do you know what hands and feet would work for this? Thanks all, I've been lurking on here for almost a year, but just made an account.
