Custom Help needed

Hey guys. I'm trying to finish off my custom Batman, Jr. figure from the classic Saga of the Super-Sons stories of the 1970's and I need a slight assist with color. I am using a Mattel DC Batman Legacy Golden Age Batman body with a modded DC Multiverse Dick Grayson Batman head, but I need to find a shade of blue for the head that matches the blue on the GA Batman. I only use Acrylic paint for my customs, so if any one has a suggestion on what shade of blue and brand of paint I should use, it would be most appreciated.

I use the Vallejo color charts as well. It might be my eyes, but I find that the colors tend to be a tad lighter than what is shown on the chart. This could probably be countered with priming in black but I prime in gray generally.

Reaper used to have a power palette on their site that as a color matching tool. There is also someone that developed an app but I don't have the time to get it up and running. You have to import the color charts I believe. It is located here:

Try browsing Vallejo's website, they list all the colors they have there.

Model Color and Game Color are for handpainting, the Air versions are for airbrushing.

Mecha Color is also for airbrushing and is more durable.

I get them from Burbank's House of Hobbies because they're local, they're about $3 a pop:

I would check their ebay store too, sometimes shipping is cheaper because their official website has wonky weight values on some items.
