CHALLENGE: 3.75 Head from Whom?!

Can anyone tell me who this head belongs to? It’s 3.75” scale. I’ve search everywhere but now it’s time to turn to the community experts. Good luck bc I can’t figure this out. I’d really like to is it in some upcoming customs. Thanks in advance to the genious that figures this out! I’ll try to zimclude link to image bc I don’t see a way to attach an image.

I don't know the origin but it's available for sale from at least one of the casters. Star Wars Geek or AVAC I believe.
