Looking for a Ronon cast

This is the longest of long shots, I know, but I'm desperate enough to try. Does anybody have a Stargate: Atlantis Ronon Dex whose head they would be willing to make a cast of? I really, really love the figure, but I do not have the $100-$300 to get it on eBay. Willing to pay parts + labor + shipping! ?

I have a loose one with his blaster and staff (why he didn't come with a sword I will never know) that I will be happy to sell for $50.00 Much better than eBay. I have a lot of loose Stargate and SGA figures I posted about yesterday, if you're interested.
