Was this figure released in any other series (perhaps with a classic color scheme)?

You are a champion, my friend. I collected Dick Tracy figures when they first came out, and was really into them at the time. This was the last figure line I collected as a child (being about 11 years old), and I actually played with them quite a bit. I remember looking all over for The Blank, and wondering why I could never find it. My friend and I were always on the hunt for it, and not having the internet at the time, there was no way of knowing that it was nowhere present within the bounds of our country. Missing this figure has bothered me for 30 years! I'd think of the unfortunate circumstance from time to time ever since then, and have been burdened with a sense of unfinished business. I applaud you for not taking it lying down! Looks awesome - way t' be!

You can spray a paper towel with Lysol and wipe it down. If you're not concerned with getting it wet, I'd just clean it with with a soft brush using warm water and dish soap.

Thank you. If worse comes to worse I'd have to buy the figure again, but I already bought this one (not realizing it was incomplete) and I'm hoping to hunt down the belt alone, if possible.
