I appreciate that man. I've been away from the realm too long, getting my Hammer of The Gods Customs Facebook page and #HOTGCustoms Instagram up and running. Check me out at those locations but you'll be seeing more of me here.

Those are all on my hit list! I took a little break to do some more "seasonal" horror work but I'll be back on the Warriors soon.
Love me some Thor so this has a special place in my heart. The issue where Loki tricks Thor into battling/killing Bor is one of the best cover to cover fight issues ever.

They were a labor of love I'm nt sure I could duplicate. If I ever decide to sell, you guys will be the first to know.

Thanks - little stickers I printed up, cut out and then sealed to the vests with a clear poly-coat.

Good eye! I did use Perseus' head to make Swan.

Thanks guys. The Firefly/Malcolm figures in these pics are actually for either Hi-hats or Punks figures - haven't decided yet, as both gangs are on my list.
Thanks for all the positive feedback. Helps keep me motivated for all the figs I have planned.

I made all the vests at once and should have taken a pic of them. It looked like a little leather shop in my work area.

Wish I could go back and see it again for the first time...

Agreed! And the fight after doesn't disappoint. Brilliant editing and you can actually tell what's happening.

I need to finish that 6" set at some point. They are proudly displayed at home but incomplete without the last 5 members. At $10 a pop, these are easier to purchase and customize.
Just put up a Baseball Furies figure to go with this set too - check it out!
Insane! Quite possibly "the definitive".
just gorgeous.
Amazing!

Thanks guys. It's a shame we can't get to this level of paint on the mass releases. There are some before and after comparison shots on my Facebook page.
This!! That list pic gives me chills. I was so sad when G went nuclear tat the end.

Let me know when your custom is posted. Can't wait to check it out.

Use away. Shoot me a link to check out your show.

A man after my own heart. Can never have too many Sectaurs fans. I don't have a MIB Hyve but do have a complete loose one with a nice box. Good enough for me.

Adora was the base so she has some She-Ra in her DNA.

Thanks man - can't seem to shake the 80s vibe that has grabbed hold of me lately. Gotta go where the creative inspiration winds are blowing though.

You totally get me.

Totally under-rated toy line. I think their quality (unique sculpts on every figure - zero parts reuse, unique weapons and companion bugs with either action features or were huge ridable hand puppets) drove a high price point and that is what kept parents from buying - ultimately killing the line after just one wave. Luckily that wave was pretty huge.

Thanks man. I know these aren't for everybody but if you can dig the retro vibe, these are really fun to do.
HBD brother.
Great movie - awesome figure. What is the OJJ?

Fur is tricky business. I learned the cutting tip from a pro puppet maker in LA.

I'm familiar with that game but have never played it. Sounds right up my alley though.

A little something for the oldies among us.

I know this style of figure isn't for everyone. Glad you can appreciate it.

It isn't too late to jump on board the new ROTU figures. Really worth checking out.

Just saw your Beach Bum Barry and Scorpion & Sub-Zero! All are amazing.
The extra arms solve is pretty genius. Very well designed fig.
Ferocious. Love it.

Thanks. If you want to reclaim some of that Remco magic, I can't recommend getting some Realm of the Underworld figures enough. They've replicated the Remco bucks but are taking things to a new level with glow in the dark, clear figures and flocked figures and a whole new set of characters. They are even starting to tease wrestling figures. It's like Remco is back in business.
Thanks. He's kinda like Death Dealer meets the Grim Reaper - but he makes the look work.
Thanks guys. Compared to most of my stuff, these are really basic - but that is kind of the trick. It would be really easy to add too much detail and blow the illusion that these are 80s era figures.
I know, right? All of Imperial's beast steeds are really well done for their era. I love the Rhino best but always thought he would have looked better in gray. Finally got the nerve to do it when this Hercules arrived.
This concept is kinda ridiculously perfect. It should fail on all levels but every time I see a new figure I find myself cracking up and marveling at the design and execution. I finally had to comment. Keep them coming.

I haven't been keeping up but I'm just getting back into the realm. You know I have an unhealthy love for Thor and this custom is just amazing. Like you, I realize what would happen if when a super powered alien raised on a farm met up with a super powered alien/god raised in the arts of war, with thousands of years of battle under his belt. Thor wins every time.

This character was tailor made for you, bro. Outstanding build and paint. Wouldn't expect any less from you.

Hey Lily27. Looks like you just joined the forum and this is your first post. You honor me. I'm not ready to part with any of my Labyrinth customs just yet. I'm on mission to make all the really notable characters from the film but perhaps when I'm done and moving to my next challenge we could work something out. PM me sometime.

Thanks - I have some fun stuff coming up to start building out the "darker side" of Labyrinth inhabitants.

Thanks - not as detailed as the Neca figure but I recon that is forgiveable since mine is half the size of that figure and was sculpted actual size (pretty sure the Neca version was sculpted big and scaled down mechanically).

It's hard working at this scale but pretty gratifying when it works out! What character are you working on? Something from Willow or the Hobbit, maybe from Legend?

Thanks man. Knock on wood but I'm on a sculpting streak right now, as I got this head sculpted right on the first pass just like the Ludo head. I'm learning to take my time with it, building up the features in layers - curing as I go.

Glad you dig it man. I had to carve the hell out of that WWE fig! Just being patient and getting a Salacious Crumb at some point would have probably been easier. Nuthin' good comes easy though, right?
Massive improvement over the mass produced figure! I need this in my Thor collection!
