matchu778, unfortunately I don't know whose jacket is. The original color is light gray. I used a yellow sharpie to give it the color.
Thanks squidy_loc, yes, I removed the paint with paint thinner, then used a little of alcohol to remove the residue and finally washed with water and hand soap.
