Every hero has a villain so evil so twisted that they must battle, often with the fate of the world in the balance.
Superman vs. lex luthor, batman vs. robin (well one of them), captain America vs. the red skull and It is this twisted Nazi that is responsible for the warping of the latest young mind to the evils of the Reich.

The red skull is an ugly s.o.b and it’s a bit hard for people who have skulls on their caps not at some point to think "Hans are we the badies?"
So what better than a body with all of Steve Rogers’s strength, abilities, and blond hair.
that was the skulls plan when he cloned cap to give him self a new body but what no one knows is that he didn’t just clone one body but many.
Each one preserved in cryogenics ready to accept the consciousness of the red skull should the present body fail him.
Except not all went to plan, one of the clones was defective, it did not respond to growth acceleration like the others. It began to reject the serum with which the clones were aged and as a result was thought destroyed.
But the skull always thinking with that weird head of his had the child raised on Exile Island as he had done sin. Training him in hand to hand combat and specializing in the use of a shield to become the ultimate weapon against captain America, himself!!!

so when a young kang travels to our time in search of a young masters of evil to combat the young avengers ,who better to serve as patriots nemesis than captain America’s Nazi 'son'.

Now down to the recipe take one patriot and drown him upside down in boiling water
Pop of his head and attach a pre dremeled head from an Ariel attack angel for that disdainful look
Then sand off the shield front and little star on his chest.
Once that’s all done whip your paints out and get to work with some custom colors and a reference photo of tom cruse (in what I hope is a scene from a new film)
