Loosely based on his Mortal Kombat vs DC look.
Based the head sculpt on the actor who portrayed him from the 90s film.
The base was a G.I. Joe Classified Xamot, the knives were resculpted from other Classified figures, the chest belt was also some resculpted G.I. Joe fodder. The belt, gauntlets & lower part of the vest were other pieces of spare parts I had.
