While the recent release of the new Lim toys John Marston is very cool, it is also very expensive. I have always wanted to make a great figure of this character. This is probably my highest skill custom I have completed. The body is just a random 1/6 scale body from eBay, hat, head and base are from the original lim toys release bought off eBay. The shirt is from a present toys suit killer (3rd party john wick) pants are from a dc direct joker that I dyed. The vest, satchel and belt are both made by me. I do not sew, I use both hot glue and super glue. A lot of parts I got lucky with because I own the lim toys Arthur. This means I can use the bandolier, his extra hands that are gloved, extra set of weapons, and his extra pair of boots. The headsculpt also features magnetized hair. I painted Arthur’s extra hair piece that features longer hair to match johns brown hair color. This hair piece is for his 1907-1911 look and the long hair piece that he comes with is his 1899 look, good to have options. Glad to finally have a 1/6 scale John in the collection, looks great along side Arthur too.
