This began as a ringside exclusive nWo figure I got for cheap. It was beat up and the perfect base for a custom. I went for the Halloween Havoc 1997 attire as it is one of my favorites. Head and shirt came from the Ultimate Edition nWo figure. Glasses came from a marvel legends cyclops custom head in the fodder bin. Tassels are painted and glued twist ties. Comments appreciated!
