After originally debuting in ECW as "Miss Montgomeryville", a beauty pageant winner, Francine redebuted under her better known persona in the Summer of 1995, originally being Stevie Richard's superfan Francine eventually became Stevie's manager. Tensions immediately arose between Francine and Raven's valet Beulah McGillicutty. The two women began feuding with one another and eventually Stevie chose Raven and Beulah over Francine. Undeterred, Francine began managing the Pit Bulls and led them to a victory over Raven and Richards for the ECW tag team championship. Now dressed as a dominatrix, Francine also helped Pitbull #2 win the ECW Television Championship from Shane Douglas, before be lured to an alliance with Douglas and betraying the Pitbulls. From their Francine became the "head cheerleader" for Douglas.
