In the wastelands of the Korean war, hope has returned to both soldiers and the local people. The medical unit, the 4077th, has become the most fit and well equipped unit on the front lines. Its boasts some of the best surgeons and leaders the army has, always doing their job tirelessly and doing all they can for their patients, both allies and enemies alike. Among the war torn fields and buildings, the staff of the 4077th does all they can to retain some sanity, usually through jokes and laughter. Dark times are always on the horizon but the 4077th has made it their goal to make it through these times, with as many patients the war gives to them as they can...
