If you've lived in the tri-town area even for ten minutes, you're familiar with this chatty half of the Somnombulic Duo. Jay's the guy everyone knows - from the angry fathers who've turned on their daughters' bedroom lights, only to catch a fleeting glimpse of Jay's half-clad ass leaping out the window, to the angry merchants in front of whose stores Jay runs his own little "operation". He's the local legend, the suburban myth realized, the sonic boom with long hair. Never too proud to bum some change off you and then turn around and rake you over the coals for some "herbal refreshment," Jay's got a heart of gold, nonetheless: if you've got a girlfriend to win back or a gameshow to trash, he's always got some spare buds for a bud. But guys - don't misconstrue his generosity for anything but what it is; because the little Snoogans is "all about the clam". His only secret shame? He's a lot less-endowed than Walt Flanagan's Dog!
