This was definitely a nostalgia purchase. Back when I was a child ‘Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger’ was one of my favourite films, and I was desperate for a Minoton figure. Minoton was the magical automaton Minotaur henchman of the main antagonist.
I only got into collecting figures about a year ago and became aware that this existed. After regular checks I eventually found one at just about affordable price.
There’s not much by way of packaging. A clear plastic bag with a label/booklet with images of others in the range. Articulation is minimal, but you get a pivoted head, waist, and arms. There’s also a spear that can be adjusted for height. It’s not much, but is just enough to give you some options to personalise it.
